1. Returns

• Only unused, unopened, and undamaged items are eligible for return.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Personalized or custom-printed envelopes are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available if the requested product is in stock.
